Yes — the mount works natively with all MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer). For Android or older iPhones, simply stick the included magnetic ring to the back of your case. It takes 30 seconds and holds just as strongly.

Yes — the mount supports phones up to 10kg of force, which comfortably holds all current iPhone and Android models including Pro Max and large format phones.

Yes — it works through most slim cases up to around 3mm thick. For the best hold, use a MagSafe-compatible case. Very thick, rubberised, or wallet cases may reduce magnetic strength.

The suction cup grips any smooth, flat surface — glass, tile, mirrors, polished plastic, and car windscreens. For textured surfaces like car dashboards, wood, or rough walls, use the included Grip Pad which sticks securely to almost any surface.

Yes — the suction cup grips glass and tile surfaces. Avoid direct water contact with the mount mechanism itself. Always make sure the surface is clean and dry before attaching for the strongest hold.

To release the suction cup, simply twist the base anticlockwise until you feel the vacuum release, then lift away cleanly. Never pull or yank it off — always twist first.

Every order includes: 1x 360° Magnetic Suction Phone Mount, 1x Grip Pad (for textured surfaces), 1x Magnetic ring (for non-MagSafe phones), 1x Cleaning wipe, 1x User guide.

The Grip Pad is designed for permanent or semi-permanent placement. Once stuck down, we recommend leaving it in place. It can be removed carefully but may lose adhesion if repositioned multiple times.

Clean and dry the surface first. Place the mount on a smooth surface and twist the base clockwise until you hear it click into a secure vacuum seal. For textured surfaces, stick the Grip Pad down first, then mount on top. Adjust the arm to your desired angle — you're ready to go.

Rinse the suction cup under warm water, dry it thoroughly, and reattach. This restores the grip to near-original strength. Never use soap or cleaning products on the suction surface.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us at support@techavn.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't process your refund without confirmation of return. You can use any courier — local post, DHL, or similar.

Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 1–2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider it typically appears in your account within 2–7 business days after that.

Yes — if you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, just let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange it for you.
